This image was a iPhone picture that I took on the way to the Lady Gaga Concert in December 2009.  I took it into Photoshop and manipulated it to create a soft, wispy effect. I plan on having this image framed and hung the the foyer of my house.

In 2007, on a whim, I took some photographs of myself in my bathroom dressed out as some weird strung out goth person. These photographs where absolutely horrible, which was the point: to show the darker, “bad,” side that every person tries to hide. We tend to only put forth images and words that put ourselves in the best light–in order to achieve acceptance. Like these masks we create, I created masks for these images and set it to Lightning Fields by Sneaker Pimps.
