Pre P90X

I decided to try P90X after a morning of bouldering, which I hadn’t done in quite sometime. I realized that this was the worst athletic condition I have I have been in my entire life. Time to make a change! My goal isn’t necessarily to lose weight; instead, I would like to restore my flexibility, gain muscular tone, increase core strength, and reduce body fat percent.

  • Height: 5′ 1.75″
  • Weight: 110 pounds
  • Right Arm Bicep: 9 1/4″
  • Left Arm Bicep: 9 1/4″
  • Right Thigh: 19″
  • Left Thigh: 18 1/2″
  • Waist: 25 1/2″
  • Hips: 32″
  • Bust: 33″
