I am making a cosplay costume for Black Swan. During this research, I have watched this movie several times. Out of the numerous times I have watched this movie, I never noticed how the Black Swan coda turns have been reversed. Sarah Lane does not perform her pique and foutee turns to the left. This was done to the right. You can tell by looking at Nina’s costume. The feathers on the bodice are on the left instead of the right, and it appears that the tiara is reversed as well. It looks like the effect team took the footage and mirrored it horizontally.
