Purpose: This application was programmed to provide a web-accessible dashboard to tell if an employee was in or out of the office. The application was developed in a Wndows, Apache, Mysql, PHP platform on which Microsoft IIS services ran. The in/out board used the core contact tables of the V-Tiger CRM to add, edit, or delete employee information. A custom table was added to the CRM platform to include the employee’s in/out status, expected return, and any comments. This program was also integrated into the company’s TextPattern Content Management System.
